Privacy notice

How your information is handled

Version 2026-10-16. This notice is a working draft for legal review before public launch.

Go Active collects personal information so the team can respond to an enquiry about medical weight management. The legal entity name will be added before launch. Until then, the service is described as Go Active.

If you complete the assessment, we collect your name, mobile number, email, preferred contact method, age, height, weight, a calculated BMI, and the health answers you choose to give. If you only send a message, we collect your contact details and that message.

We use this information to review the enquiry, contact you, keep a record of your consent, and let authorised staff manage follow-up. We do not use it to make an automated diagnosis or to decide that a medicine is appropriate.

Health answers are not sent to analytics tools. Analytics records events such as starting the assessment or submitting an enquiry, without the answers themselves.

Incomplete assessment answers stay in your browser session until you submit or close the tab. They are not stored on our server unless you submit.

Consent is recorded separately for the privacy notice, for contact about the enquiry, and for optional updates. The notice version and time are stored with the enquiry.

Access to enquiry records is limited to authenticated staff. Assessment answers are shown to admin and clinician roles. Operations staff can see contact details and enquiry status so they can follow up, without the clinical answers.

Information is protected in transit with HTTPS in production and stored in a private database. A retention period still needs a legal decision. Until that policy is confirmed, records are kept only for handling the enquiry and for the security and audit records that support it.

You can ask to access, correct, or erase your information, or raise a grievance, by sending a message through the contact form and quoting your enquiry reference. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the rules in force at launch, will guide the final process.

This website is not an emergency service. Do not send urgent medical information here in place of calling 112.
